Ring spotlight cam detects people but not car

Smart Alerts are on. Path of people is the same as cars through driveway. Cars are picked randomly, not most of the time. Tweaked settings, camera angles - nothing is consistent.

Hi @user37132. Are you trying to be alerted to all motion detection, or only people? [Smart Alerts](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032947972-Refining-Your-Motion-Alert-Notifications-for-People-and-Other-Motions-) are an optional feature to help refine the motion detection on your Spotlight Cam, allowing you to choose what types of events are recorded and whether or not you receive a notification for them.You can select for Person and Other Motion events. It's important to note that motion not caused by a person might still be picked up with Person detection due to lighting, weather, or other conditions.
