Ring Solar panel not charging

So both my batteries last week just went from being 100% to saying they were both dying? I had a green signal from the solar panel but I decided to clean the panel just to make sure. Now I went on and charged both batteries with a wall charger, and now within days the one battery is not even registering, and the other is at 20% and I now show a red colored icon for the solar panel!? What is going on ? No way both batteries die within a few days with a solar panel that gets plenty of sunlight
