If there is a deformity in the lens of your Camera, I would review our [warranty page](https://shop.ring.com/pages/warranty) and contact support to see if you qualify for a replacement. If you do, try to take a picture of the lens and have it readily available. Then please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
