ring new 2k camera
Hi Everyone just bought the new 2k ring camera and have found a couple of issues (1) if you have the old solar panels they are not compatable with the old solar panels you have to buy a $20 adaptor. (2) recording time is only 30 second with old camera you have the option of 30 90 or 120 sec record times.

Hi @user_ec0f61. Yes, older models of Ring Security Cameras may have a barrel plug, while newer models have a USB-C plug. There is an adapter available if you have a mismatch between your camera and solar panel, allowing you to still use both. The video recording length can vary between battery and wired devices, but both can go up to 120 seconds. If you have Advanced Motion Detection enabled, recordings may end early if motion stops.
