Ring Floodlight Wired not taking snapshots.
I have a floodlight camera that just straight up stops taking snapshots and never recovers until I power cycle it. It then takes snapshots again for about a half a day before quitting out. I have better wifi signal on this device than my doorbell, yet my doorbell continually takes snapshots without fail. It's not an app connectivity issue, because again, my doorbell provides snapshots. The device (presumably) has no issue responding to motion alerts and recording when there's movement. It's only the snapshot feature that isn't working. Surely there must be something that can be done? Or is Ring just knowingly selling faulty devices?

Was this ever resolved? I have the same exact issue with my Floodlight wired Pro. Snapshots set for 30 seconds. Will work great for maybe a day or 2 then just stop taking snapshots unitl I reboot then will start for a day or 2 then reboot again. Very frustrating. And my floodlight camera has a better RSSI at 43 then my Battery Doorbell Pro at 50. The battery doorbell Pro has absolutely no issues with snapshots
