Ring Floodlight replacement processing time?
Is it normal to wait so long for a replacement camera? I was authorized for a warranty replacement over 2 weeks ago. I can go to the Ring online store and literally order a new camera to ship within a day or two. I'm also getting harassed to ship back the broken camera already. Can Ring explain this? Very frustrated early adopter customer, this isn't a good impression, and it's going to force me to not recommend Ring to friends/family.

No worries since a couple days after your response, the replacement flood light just showed up via Amazon courier at night LOL. They were lucky we were home since I didn't have any tracking information supplied. If I could offer Ring some feedback, please improve the communication between the business and customer. I had no information given to me the entire time. A simple line of communication would have made the entire experience different.

Minneapolis Jeff, you are lucky! I've been waiting for one replacement floodlight cam pro wired models in WHITE since last October (2024). On two different occasions Ring has sent me two of the same model but one in graphite and the other in bronze. The second incorrect one was sent after I reported receiving the wrong color the first time. I need white because all my other seven models are all white. I keep being told that they have no white ones in whatever warehouse warranty replacements are stored. However, they definitely appear to have plenty white ones available if you want to buy a new one.
