Ring floodlight cam plus Mic not working

Mic not working on floodlight cam plus and I talked to customer service after sequence of troubleshooting he made then told me the Mic is damaged and I will give you 30% discount code to buy a new one. When I checked ring.com site is it was already in 33% discount and I can't use the code for extra discount.
