Ring Floodlight Cam (Lock Collar stuck)
Hello, I bought a Ring Floodlight Cam last week and i have troubles with the lock collar for adjusting the lights. The are stuck, can't move them. I have tried it with a pipe wrench but also this won't work. Does more people have this problem and what is the solution. See picture in attachment (red arrows). Yours sincerely, Roy.

Hello! I’m having exactly the same issue and I’ve tried everything including wd40. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve been unable to make them move. Any hints?

Hey @maffiabaas. If they will not loosen and you have ensured that you are turning these clockwise to loosen it, I would recommend some ol' fashioned WD40 or something like it. This may help loosen it up more to have you have the ability to unlock them! If this continues to fail, please reach out to our support team [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch).
