Hi,i have just purchased and installed the floodlight camit is working fine video wisethe issue i have is that i cannot hear anyone speak when they come to my doorthey can hear me clearly but i cannot here themany help?

      Hi neighbors. When activating the Live View, make sure to tap the microphone icon to enable two-way audio. Some smartphone models have multiple microphones, so ensure you are speaking into the correct microphone so visitors can hear what you're saying. I'd recommend disconnecting any Bluetooth devices, such as earbuds or smart watches, at these might be trying to utilize the microphone and preventing the Ring app from using it.
