Ring Flood Light Missing Camera lens glass cover
I have a Ring Floodlight Camera that is missing its glass lens cover. Where can I purchase a replacement? I believe the lens cover is XXXX inches in diameter. Ring support *********. Please don’t respond to my post. This is for general public.

There is no glass lens cover. The lens is plastic. That's it. The plastic degrades over time, particularly if the camera is exposed to sunlight. Those cheap plastic lenses don't last more than about 3 years. Ring doesn't provide any replacement lenses, nor give any instruction on how to replace them if you wanted to.

If your device is under warranty, or if you have a applicable Ring Protect Plan, you may be eligible for a replacement device.
