Why do ring products suck? Had a spot light cam installed professionally a week after the free subscription runs out its dead!!! I’ve had issues w numerous ring products… Anyone know how to fix this junk? It won’t reconnect. It has power. I tried that stupid button on top. Press once…tried it Press and hold 20 sec tried it. Anyone else have problems like this? I’m gonna delete it from the app see if maybe it helps

Sorry to hear about this experience, neighbor. When a Ring device is offline, checking power and wifi connection is the best first step. As you mentioned completing most of these steps, including a reset, try bringing the Ring device inside near the router. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). As most common troubleshooting steps have been performed here, our support team will be happy to take a more in-depth look at your concern.
