Ring Car Cam doesn’t turn on anymore

Since july 11, my ring car cam has been dead, at first i thought it was my OBD port, but i tried my BlueLink OBD reader and it still lights up, I had this dashcam since march, I already tried holding the setup button while my Honda Insight 2022 is turned on, to no avail. thank you in advance for helping
