I used to have 3 months worth at a time with my plan—-what is wrong? Also, my bridge device stopped working several months ago and I worked on it forever and gave up on it. It’s frustrating because it’s connected to so many Ring products that do not work any longer. Outdoor lighting, etc. Help!!!! TIA!

Hi @User78613. It would be helpful to know which Ring Home plan you have - Basic, Standard, or Premium? An active plan is required for access to video recording, and videos are stored based on what your video storage time is set to. This can be anywhere from 1 to 180 days, and videos are automatically deleted after the storage time expires. For the Ring Smart Lighting Bridge, what exactly isn't working? Does the Bridge show as offline? Are you unable to set the Bridge up in the Ring app, using the steps under Set Up a Device? I'm happy to point you in the right direction for troubleshooting once I know what the problem is.
