Ring camera randomly powers off.

One of my ring camera's randomly disconnects. To get it working I have to use a usb charger that's plugged into the wall. Shortly(less than a minute) after doing this it reconnects to the network. The battery is at or close to it every time 99%. This started about 3 weeks ago, and I've had the camera for a little over 3 months. The camera hasn't been dropped or damaged so I don't know why it's doing this.PS: The camera has two slots for batteries in case I want to use two batteries. The camera detects and uses the battery no matter which slot I use.
