Ring camera not working via poe

I have two Ring poe stick up cameras. They were working fine for months, then I had to unhook them because of constructions. Now I cannot get them to work anymore. They will not power on via poe but will power on if I plug a usb cable in with the poe adapter. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Hi @brusinger. For each Camera, try rebooting them while connected to the Ethernet cable and POE adapter. To reboot it, you will press and hold the orange button under the bottom cover of your Camera for 20–25 seconds.
