Rich Notifications on Samsung Ultra Watch

I used to get pictures on my smartwatch when I got a notification from my Ring devices. It has stopped showing the rich notification for some unknown reason. The notification comes through on the watch, just no image.Has anyone else experienced this? My wi-fi signal is strong at my home and I can't understand what has happened. Thanks :)
