Replacement shoulder screw for stick up cam

Anyone with an idea of how to get a replacement shoulder screw (connects camera to mount) for the ring stick up cam elite? Ring sells spare parts sets for $2, but none are for the stick up cam or have the required shoulder screw-- all I've seen is the option to buy another $20 mounting kit to get a replacement 10 cent screw. Any help greatly appreciated.
