troubleshooting
We have 5 rings. 1 doorbell and 4 security light cameras. One security light broke so we replaced it. In doing that, it works on our network, but it knocked 2 offline. Sadly those 2 are on the second floor and I don't have any way to reset the button on them. How can I fix this?

Hi @user24208. You can try [rebooting the Cameras from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-) to see if that helps them reconnect. You can also try rebooting your router by unplugging it from the wall outlet and reconnecting it. If those steps do not work, you will have to go through [reconnecting them to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) which does involve pressing the setup button on the Cameras. I hope this helps.
