Reduced motion detection
troubleshooting

I too have today discovered the reduced motion detection area coverage on my stick-up Ring Cams, and note from this community that no explanation is forthcoming from the company. The whole situation is unacceptable, and forces me to look for a new and recommended provider's camera system.

      I have since discovered that the Ring Indoor Camera (one of which I also use) offers motion zone control over the FULL image – while my three Stick-Up Cameras only afford zone control over about 60% coverage. It used to be 100%. The difference is obvious!
