I had to replace my modem. Cox did the work while I was out of state and I will be for another few months. Can I reconnect my devices to the different wifi network without being able to connect to that network. Can the reconnect be done remotely or do I have to be there physically? I have a doorbell

CHey @mlgoode. The process for connecting a Ring device to a new wifi network is very similar to the initial setup, and it cannot be done remotely. How come the video says there is a "change wifi" option, when there isn't? Just had to switch wifi/router and my ring doorbell didn't have the option in the app/dashboard to "change wifi," which would've made this so much easier. Instead, I deleted the device and tried to re-setup the whole thing, but when I scanned the QR code, it said the device belonged to someone else. Huh? It belongs to me. So confused.

Go to your ring app and tap onto Device health and then skim down until you see about changing the Wi-Fi. Then it'll give you steps to follow as I'm in the process of doing this right now.
