Problems with help@ring.com...?
Hi - Does anyone know if there's a problem with the help@ring.com service? I emailed them over a week ago, and chased it yesterday, but I'm not getting any response at all. Someone will ask what the issue is. I recently (Jul 23) purchased 3x Battery Stick-up Cams, relying on the explicit assurance that they could be easily upgraded to wired if the performance/quality of Battery Profile wasn't good enough. I decided to go ahead with that in Sep 23, but I haven't been able to find the wired adaptors for sale on Ring or Amazon. I suspect they're not manufacturing them any more, because a new model is coming out. My request to help@ring.com is to either supply me with the wired adaptors, or accept the return of the battery units. I don't want get distracted into a debate about consumer rights in different countries, please. I want to know how to get an official response from Ring, and if they refuse then the matter will be decided by a court. Thanks in advance.

Hi @SteveWalker. We do not offer support over email at this time. If you would like to reach out to our support team, give them a call at one of the numbers available [here.](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us) We do have the adapter available on Ring.com that you can use on a Stick Up Cam Battery to convert it into a wired device. It is called the [Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter (Barrel Plug)](https://ring.com/products/indoor-outdoor-power-adapter-barrel-plug). Depending on what region you are in, it might be out of stock at the moment.
