Hi @user_fc8f4e. Make sure your Spotlight Cam is receiving power, then try resetting it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Spotlight Cam is still unresponsive, please follow up with our support team for further assistance.
