People mysteriously disappeared in the video

My camera is set off by motion but the video isn’t showing what it was. Then a human can pop up halfway across the screen. It’s glitching bad and not showing what’s happening at all. What do I do? It’s a floodlight camera if that helps answer the issue.

I recommend trying these steps for your concern: - Adjust your Motion Zones and increase your Motion Sensitivity. - Enable Smart Alerts or vice versa. - Reboot your Camera using the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
