Outside Spotlight Camera Offline

Hi, I have a doorbell which is connected to the wifi and working fine but the last 2 weeks my spotlight camera in the garden will not connect to the exact same wifi and comes up as offline in my dashboard. Have held down the button on the top to reset but this has not helped. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi @user42563. Which specific model of Spotlight Cam do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Approximately how far away from your router is the Spotlight Cam? Is your router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks?
