Notification feature
troubleshooting
Hi there, We have had our Ring camera for almost 3 years. Suddenly the notification feature has stopped sending notifications. We have followed all the instructions on Ring and nothing is helping. Kindly advise thanks

Hi @user_a21da9. Make sure your Ring app is updated to the latest version, and verify that the Ring app has permission to send notifications in your phone's settings. Additionally, check that Motion Alerts are toggled on in the Ring app. Lastly, we have troubleshooting steps for notifications on Android devices here, and for iOS devices here. If you've tried all of these troubleshooting steps, and you're still not receiving notifications, please follow up with our support team for further assistance.
