Not picked up the garbage collection three weeks in a row

The camera did not pick up the garbage collections , both small and large bins and the truck has hit my car but I cannot prove it. Actually many other events were missed but the garbage ones cannot be coincidental

Hi @user38161. In order to offer troubleshooting suggestions, it would be helpful to better understand your setup. Which model of Ring Camera do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. How high is the Camera mounted, and how do you have your Motion Zones drawn? If you feel comfortable doing so, feel free to share a screenshot of what your Motion Zones look like so we have a better idea of how everything is set up in relation to the trash bins.

I’ve been wondering the same thing about my floodlight cam pro that picks up all cars going by and garbage pickup on other side of street but when it picks up mine all I see is the can moved from one video to the next but not the huge truck moving it. Weird.
