No person-detection notifications for Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3)

This is a new camera, and just recently we stopped getting motion notifications. I've noted that there was a recent firmware update (1.23.11000). I'm wondering if this is what caused the issue. Anyone else having this issue? Do we know when another firware update will be downloaded?
