Night vision on floodlight only half image

Floodlight is 8 months old, acting up now with night vision only showing half of the image. Like closing left eye! Lighted view is 100% ok. Only in night vision mode does this 50% (one side dark) issue come up. Help. Defective lens?

    Thank you for the image example @votahuan! The best first step here will be to turn off power, and turn it back on after a few moments, to see if this resolves the lens adjustment during low light hours. If this does not resolve it, try performing a reset on the Camera. To reset your Camera, please hold the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)

      Hi Marley. Thank you for your suggestions for troubleshooting. I had a chance to test and reset, and test again. But unfortunately that did not resolve the problem! How do I initiate the warranty process as I'm within the 1 year timeframe.
