Night Vision not working for either doorbell or Spotlight Cam Battery

Hello, I am having an issue with my Ring equipment. Night vision is not working for either my Doorbell 2 or my Sptlight cam battery. The doorbell is hardwired, and the cam is charged by a solar panel. Some time over the last few months, without moving the equipment or environmental lighting changing, neither device will show the IR feed. All topics I have seen on this have 0 solutions. Pretty disappointed, but I would like to see if anyone has a fix now. Thanks,
