Night video over exposure on Stick up cam solar

Curious if anyone else is getting over sensitivity to light at night with the new stickup cam battery/solar? This is my first stick up cam but I have all the other models and am very familiar with the app. With the Stick up, neighbor lights cause a partial starburst effect which partially washes out the image. Day video looks good. Thought maybe I left the protective film on the lens but turned out there wasn’t any to begin with. Pictures attached.

Hey @Hornauer. Is there anything within the lens that could be making it cloudy like this at night? It looks like there is a bit of glare which washes out your neighbor's place from their lights, which may be due to any condensation in the lens or needing to clean it. If you've checked the lens (as I know you mentioned checking for the film on it) and there doesn't seem to be anything amiss with it, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). The over exposure issue actually cleared itself up after 24 hours of use. Picture is really good now. I am having another issue with the camera locking up randomly and requiring a hard reset (twice in a week) but that’s for another post.
