Hi @user27122. If your Motion Zones are not saving for your Camera, try the following steps: * Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates available. * Reboot your Camera from the Ring app. * Disable any active VPNs on your phone. * Try using a different device, like another phone or tablet. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

You are welcome to use all of the zones to capture different areas, in which testing out different variations of zones is the best way to know what will work best for you. When adjust zones, try not to have major zones overlapping each other. Adding zones to an existing zone does not improve detection, however, adjusting your other motion settings such as motion sensitivity can help! :)
