My wired stick-up camera 3rd shows it's a solar camera

I have 2 of those cameras. Both are hardwired and are NOT solar/battery powered. One of them shows the crossed power plug icon and says it's not receiving power. On top of that it shows as solar powered (solar power connected status). Anyone any idea what to do or the firmware got screwed?

Hi @user_6599c2. Make sure your Ring app is updated to the latest version available, then use the reboot option from the Device Health page. The reboot should only take a few minutes.
