My Ring Video Timestamp Is Wrong
Since ring battery operated camera update, video timestamp is 7 hours ahead. I did call help and chat. Batteries are 6 week old and charged and changed. Reentered address. Uninstalling and reinstalled app several times including 24 hours after calling help. My Samsung s23 ultra is up to date. It has been 3 days.

Hi @user_44eee1. Our team is already looking into this. The timestamp being displaying on video playback is in UTC rather than your timezone. When we have an update to share, we will do so on any relevant threads.

This issue has been resolved in app version 3.74.1. Check the app store to see if you have an update available for the Ring app. Please keep in mind that app updates are performed on a slow rollout, so you may not see an update available yet. Thanks for your patience.
