Hi @user67886. How are your cameras being blocked? Is there something physically in front of the device obscuring your view? Have the owner of the Ring account revoked Shared User access?

Can a neighbor block my camera somehow? They keep walking on my property. Camera never gets them on The camera. But my dogs are going nuts, barking in their direction

Hi @user80554. It’s possible the neighbor is not entering your Ring Camera’s range of motion detection, but that is only speculation.
