My POE camera broke . . . and here is what happened next

I have Ring security, cameras, doorbell . . . everything Ring. Love the products. But stuff happens, at 13 months, one of my POE cams stops working. But I have Ring Protect, so everything remains under warranty.I call support. We spend maybe 20 minutes on the phone while he verfifies the situation. Says Ring will ship me a new camera to arive in 4-5 business days.4 business days later, the camera arrives. 10 minutes later I have it set up and running, the old one in the box ready to send back with the return label Ring supplied.Wonderful. 5 star customer service. Things will break, it happens. But Ring made it right, and I am a happy customer. Yes, the warranty is real, and Ring stands behind their products.
