Motion Zone Setting

Hi.Having difficulty setting up motion zone on my camera.When the camera is live i see all my yard and my cars, however when i try set the motion zone the view seems 1/3 to 1/2 the size of full view. Therefore i dont see my car or parameter of my yard to set it to cover the same area as live view?
