Hi @Mindy58. When you toggle the Motion Alerts on, it doesn't stay toggled on? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App before trying to toggle them again. They'll be able to take a closer look at this for you and troubleshoot deeper if my suggestion does not work.
