Motion detection zone won’t turn on

I am having trouble with my motion detection settings on my ring flood light cam (hard wired). The live feed is working but the motion detection is off. Everytime I try to turn on the setting, it takes me to the screen to adjust the zones which are already set up. Even if so change the zones or add zones the motion detection still won’t enable. The light works but only if I turn it on manually. Any help is appreciated.
