Live view stopped working
troubleshooting

Hi, Our Spotlight Cam Pro Battery video has stopped working. Batteries are fully charged.  Lights work.  Siren works.  Motion detection appears to work.  Notifications are triggered.  Live view does not work nor are any videos recorded. I have rebooted multiple times.  Joined it both to our home wifi and chime pro networks.  Signal strength is fine.  Have even set the camera right next to the access point and chime pro.  Have also tried setting it up again as new device.  Still no video. All other Ring cams and doorbells working fine.  Internet link is a 1 GbE.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

    I've been scouring the forums trying to find someone with my same issue. I have a stick up cam battery that is having the same issues your spotlight came is. Everything points to it working, with the exception of the video, both recording and live view. I have a 2nd stick up came and a doorbell that are working as intended. If anyone has any solution, I'd be all ears.

      I have the same issue.  This seemed to start earlier this spring.  All cameras and doorbells worked fine.  Dashboard previews worked, live view worked.  Then they didn't.  Can't connect to some cameras.  Unplug or reboot and nothing happens, still can't connect.  Very frustrating considering I am paying Ring an annual fee.
