Live View shuts off after 30 seconds
Both my Floodlight camera and my Doorbell Pro, both powered cameras, shut off in Live View after 30 seconds. This started recently, I'm guessing after an update. This happens every time. It must be a software issue since it just started (late Nov I believe) and it affects both cameras. I've have had these cameras over 2 years so I'm quite familiar with their operation.

mines is doing this too ring doorbell pro 2 shuts off live view after 20 seconds every time. Hvae tried troubleshooting and it still does it and it does it on mobile and desktop.

Hi there, @paddleguy! As you are aware, a live view triggered via the Ring app should remain streaming video for up to 10 minutes. This can depend on factors such as RSSI, and Ring app/ mobile device variables. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device, or even try live view on another mobile device entirely to rule out many possibilities. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
