Live view of Spotlight Cam Plus stopped working, second time within 12 months

After purchasing two Spotlight Cam Plus back in July 2024 and installing one right away with a hardwire kit, the camera's live view stopped working in October 2024 and was replaced by support, after resetting it multiple times for troubleshooting purposes. The camera still reported WiFi signal strength changes, health updates and even motion at that time. Just live view didn't work any more, at all While troubleshooting this issue, the second camera was placed right next to the faulty one to rule out connectivity issues as a possible cause for live view stopping to work. The second camera was powered via battery though, instead of being hardwired When it arrived, the replacement camera was then installed in the same place as its predecessor, again powered via the hardwire kit, but this time also with its battery put in. The camera worked as usual in the beginning, but then its live view again stopped working after some time, in April 2025. Again, same at its predecessor, the camera still reported WiFi signal strength changes, health updates and even motion. Just live view didn't work any more The second camera, still placed in proximity and still running solely on battery power, still worked without issues, including live view The faulty camera was then uninstalled, instantly reporting a power failure in the app, and brought into the house for further troubleshooting, which was unsuccessful though. Despite that, the camera still reported WiFi signal strength changes, health updates and even motion for quite some time, until the battery ran out of power about two weeks ago. Just live view didn't work, at all All this time, the second camera, simply put up for troubleshooting purposes back in October 2024, still works without issues, including live view As the very same issue occurred with the very same setup two times in a row, I wonder if there's some general bug in this model's software and if it might be worth it to request another replacement from support, if the replacement camera might also break in some months time... Is such a bug known and a matching fix possibly being worked on?
