Live view not availoable after charging batterys

When I fully charge the batteries and put them in the camera, the camera connects to the network, but will not turn on live view and under device health it says “add a battery” and does not detect that there is a battery installed

Hi @user_5c0e06. After adding a fully charged battery, try triggering a motion event. This should force the Device Health page to update and recognize that a charged battery has been installed. You can also perform a reboot from the Device Health page.
