Live Cam/Person Detected Motion - Slow/blurred during real time
During live view or when a delivery person is detected by my stick-up camera, the view in real time is blurry and slow. The video recording is excellent and the storage process is not affected, yet this feature should be available without any issues. I've gotten my stick-up camera replaced 3 times now. I got also a chime pro 2, the latest, and nothing happens. Any advice? The neighborhood solutions experts are great but their help is not enough. I really like the product but this experience is terrible and I know I'm not the only one having this problem.
