Light sensor

Hi I recently installed a ring cam flashlight and it’s working perfectly but it will only let me turn on the lights manually instead of coming on automatically when it senses someone on my driveway  I have removed all stickers from the camera and sensors and I have removed the device and reset from factory settings  two times  and still it doesn’t sense anyone on the driveway  I know that the sensors are working because it sends me notifications of someone on the driveway but never turn on the lights  can someone please help I have tried all I know at this point  thank you for any help
