Hi @Snafu. There isn’t enough information here for us to be able to determine if this is due to a faulty product or improper installation. Either way, if the device is not functioning as expected, it may qualify for a warranty replacement. If you are subscribed to a Ring Protect Plan, you have an extended warranty on your device, giving you more coverage.
