Issues with Notifications After Update to 5.80.2

Hi everyone,Is anyone else having trouble after updating to version 5.80.2? I’m no longer receiving any notifications on my devices—none at all.I’ve double-checked my iOS settings, and nothing has changed. Notifications work fine for my wired doorbell, so the issue seems specific to this update. I’ve set the camera to notify me about everything, but I still don’t get any alerts.I’ve also noticed that the camera often registers motion (I can see the blue light), but it doesn’t record anything. When I check the timeline, there’s nothing there, even though it should have captured the event.Is anyone else experiencing similar issues or has found a fix?Thanks in advance! 😊

    Hi @user_9ff9f8. If an event isn't detected and logged on the Event History, then you would not receive a notification for it. It seems like the issue is that the camera isn't detecting motion, resulting in no alerts. Try rebooting the camera using the reboot option on the Device Health page, then adjusting your Motion Zones. If you have Modes set up, make sure motion detection isn't turned off.

      I’ve realized that this issue isn’t related to missing notifications. Instead, it seems that the camera is no longer detecting people.Currently, I only receive motion detection alerts—not people detection alerts.I haven’t changed the camera settings, so I feel lost here.As you can see, the last time the camera detected a "Person" was on January 8th. All the recent motion events involve people, yet they aren’t being classified correctly.What could be causing this?

        Hi @user_9ff9f8. This is due to your Smart Alert settings. You can find more information about Smart Alerts here. This requires a Ring Home Plan subscription, so make sure your subscription is current.
