Hey @Lala123! It sounds like your Indoor Cam is not powering up at all. Excellent job trying on another outlet as your first step. If pressing the setup button does not result in setup mode activating or LED lights, try a reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. If this concern persists, I recommend reaching out to our support team for more in-depth troubleshooting. I hope this helps! :)
