I have three cameras that were stuck in “UPDATES” and then stopped processing the update all together and the representative from Ring told me I had to buy NEW CAMERAS! The cameras literally just went out of warranty and were not working while in warranty. Spent 46 minutes on the phone with RING no solution! The device showed that it had 100% battery and that it had a great Wi-Fi connection so I know that the cameras are not accepting the RING UPDATES. Ring wants me to buy new Ring Cameras because their existing cameras are not accepting the updates.

Hi @Ruby75x. The update on your Indoor Cam should only take about 10 to 15 minutes. If it's taking longer than that and not completing, please try the troubleshooting steps below: - Power cycle the Indoor Cam by disconnecting it from power for 1 minute and then reconnecting it. - Reset the Indoor Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, set the Camera back up using the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app. Your Indoor Cam should successfully complete the update after these troubleshooting steps. If the concern persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can take a closer look.
