Hi there My indoor camera is really frustrating me. I’ve managed to get it working only once in the months since purchasing. My Ezviz camera is able to be switched on and off at the wall and connects immediately, no bother, is the Ring camera not the same? I have just switched the Ring camera on and the blue light has been blinking on and off now for a while, how long is set up mode supposed to last? Thanks!

Hi @user69550. The Camera should automatically reconnect to your WiFi when powered off and powered back on. If not, try the following steps: - Reboot your Camera by pressing the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. - Verify that it has [good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
