Indoor camera lost night vision
# Issue One of the Ring Indoor Cam I've been using for more than an year suddenly started showing blacked out image when there's little to no light source in the darkness. It used to be able to capture a night time vision until a week ago. I'm not aware of adding any config changes. # Things I've done but didn't work - Disable (and re-enable) IR option in the device' config setting. - Reboot the device. - Factory reset and connect the device to my Ring home. - Wifi connection RSSI remains around 40, so I didn't try location change. - May be irrelevant, but I tested to see if the camera still recognizes IR light. - See the 2 screenshots below. I have a depth camera (Intel Realsense) that emits IR. 1st image is when the depth camera is on. You see the Ring camera recognized IR pattern. 2nd image is where depth cam is off. You see no light. This tells me Ring camera does still recognize IR. 1st img:  2nd img:  - But the feature in question maybe IR "emission", not "detection", so this result might be irrelevant? I'm not entirely sure. Is there anything still left for me to try, other than contacting customer support (it's not super clear but I guess I still have a valid warranty)? Thank you.
